Summary

A horror film held back by weak writing. When a covert research team imprisons Popeye to harness his superhuman strength as a military weapon, their experiment spirals violently out of control. Transformed into an unstoppable force driven by rage, Popeye tears through the facility, leaving destruction in his wake. With time running out and casualties mounting, one scientist risks everything to stop the monster they created - before he reaches the outside world.
